For the speech recognition group, EYMER developed printed collateral, conference materials and sales promotions.
Work soon extended to the company's worldwide employment group. There was a shortage of employees in several key positions with their technical team. We worked with this group to develop campaigns targeted towards company employees. It became their mission to refer associates that had the much needed expertise. Each successful in-house recruiter received a special reward or cash prize.
